Ordering Goods
We do not have a minimum order. However to minimise shipping costs, you may wish to combine your orders. Your orders will stay in our shopping cart till you remove them.
All orders will be shipped after confirmation of payment from your nominated payment authorities.
If, for any reason, any items in your order are not available we will email you to let you know - you will not be charged.
Returns
Any items returned to us due to any kind of fault will be replaced where possible with a similar product. Otherwise we will refund you the purchase price.
All other returned items (eg. exchange of items) will be subject to a 15% restocking costs. No refunds will be given will be given on shipping costs in this instance. Buyer will pay for any shipping costs associated with re-shipping of exchange items.

We endeavour to keep stock in hand, but can't always achieve that. We are rarely out of stock for a long period of time.
We do not currently have the technology to track retail back orders. Where we cannot fulfill your order, we adjust the amount of your transaction before processing it, and provide a notification with your goods of when we expect delivery of the next consignment so you can go to the website and check when it has arrived. |
Shipping
We ship nationally and internationally. Shipping options are listed in the shipping cart and when you checkout. Please review the options carefully.
We reserve the right to review your order and choose the appropriate method and carrier for shipping. In some instances, we may need to adjust the shipping charges, depending on the quantity you ordered. We will always notify you of the final total costs before we ship the goods to you.
Customs Requirements
We are required to attach customs documentation to all international packages including a description of the goods and stating their cost. Customs or import duties may be levied once the package reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Pricing and Payment
All prices quoted are inclusive of New Zealand's Good and Services Tax(GST) of 12.5%.
Electronic payments through this site are highly secure. Your credit card details are encrypted, so they cannot be read even in the unlikely event of the purchase details being intercepted. Credit card details are not divulged to the store owner, and are only seen by the payment processing network.
Internet Banking or Bank Deposit can be made to our Bank Account for New Zealand buyers. Payments should be made to Beadstolove Limited , KiwiBank, Bank Account # : 38-9003-0727791-00.
We require confirmation of payment before shipping/delivery.
ALL orders MUST be paid within 3 DAYS. Orders will be automatically after the 4th day of non-payment.

All products depicted on this web site and supplied by BeadsTolove are either handmade or machine made, using both natural and man made materials. Therefor it is unavoidable that there maybe variations in colour, grain, texture or pattern, from the products shown in the digital images on this iste.

Conversion rates are taken daily from the US stock exchange. These rates are intended as an indication of conversion rate only, and may be billed at the rate current at the time of transaction.
