First of all, we would like to Thank You for believing in our product and our mission to support orphaned children around the world.

We aim to make quality products that you love, but if for some reasons you don't love it, we would love to hear your feedback to improve your shopping experience.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 30 days and we will refund the full price of the item minus shipping cost.

For full refund, item should have original packaging and be in new condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

To initiate return, please send us an email at return@beadstolove.com with your order number.

Once we receive your return request we will provide you with further shipping instructions. After we receive the item the refund will be issued within 3 business days.

Order cancellation

If you would like to cancel an order, please send us an email with your order number at cancel@beadstolove.com within 12 hours of purchase.

We are only able to cancel your order before it is processed and shipped.
